This climb exists left of Hematob Gully on the east side of the valley about a mile ski up. There is a snow ramp of about a half pitch that separates the lower and upper pillars of ice.

Gain access to the nordic ski trails off Mineral Creek Road. After a 1 mile ski approach, gain access to the river proper to make an ascent up to the base of the route.
